Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charge can be calculated in shopping cart by entering your zip code, and will be automatically calculated and added to the total amount at check out.

We currently offer flat rate shipping. You pay $6.99 per order no matter how many pieces you buy, so save more when you buy more items at once!

Also for a limited time, we are offering FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 (U.S. only).

Most of orders are shipped via USPS, larger orders can be shipped by UPS.

We usually process orders within 1-2 business days of orders placed (EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS). Shipping transit times AFTER the order is processed varies by destination, it can take anywhere between 2-5 business days for U.S. destinations. We DO NOT offer overnight or express mail shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconveniences and please plan purchases accordingly. International shipping will be calculated automatically depending on the number of items purchased, calculated as: $20 handling fee + $3 per item, regardless of country of destination. It costs less when you purchase more at once. After the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number for your order. You can also track your order by logging into your account. In general, items on the website are in stock and can be shipped promptly. We maintain 98% In Stock Rate, if an item is out of stock, you will be notified and refunded for the missing item. It can take a few business days for refunds to be reflected on your account.

Returns | Exchanges

We hope you love every piece you receive from 1015store! If you are not satisfied with an item, please  Make a Request for Return Authorization (RMA).

Returning package without approved RMA form will be rejected. Please note that RMA requests can only be submitted within 15 days of placing the order (U.S. only). All sales are final on International orders.

NOTE: SALES ON ITEMS $15 AND UNDER ARE FINAL AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RMA. Due to the nature of our business and the large discounts we provide, we only issue store credits in form of gift card codes that can be used towards future orders. All sales are non-refundable. To exchange, please wait for a store credit code (emailed after we receive the returning package), and purchase desired item with the code. Please allow 10 business days for returning processing. We are not responsible for returning shipping charge and shipping fees will not be credited. In extremely rare occasions of wrong items received/damaged items (we are human, everyone makes mistake right?), please make a request for RMA as well, shipping charge will be credited in this case only. We try to provide as much measurements as possible so you can get a great fit. Please read product details for measurements, fit and fabric.

You can order through our easy to use website, we currently do not have retail locations open to public. We are working on our site every day to make your shopping experience easier and pleasant! Only in stock items can be checked out, we do not take back orders at this time. Everything is very limited quantity, so get them while you can...we are serious, we usually buy them all, so restocking is not easy! Payment, Pricing & Promotions, We accept all major credit cards as well as paypal payment. All payments are processed by our payment processing partner Paypal in order to ensure security of your information. Viewing Orders

You can view previous orders you've made and check on the status of your orders by logging into your account on top right corner of our website.

Updating Account Information

To update account information, please log in to your account using the email and password that were created when signing up for your account. Please update shipping address and billing address if needed before placing an order. Once an order is placed, the shipping address and billing address for the order will be no longer editable. If a mistake was made on the shipping dress when placing the order, please contact us through the Contact Us link or email immediately.
