- Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping charge can be calculated in shopping cart by entering your zip code, and will be automatically calculated and added to the total amount at check out. We currently offer flat rate shipping. You pay $6.99 for any order you place no matter how many you buy, so save more when you buy more at once! Also for a limited time, we are offering Free shipping on orders over $150 (U.S. only). All orders are shipped via USPS, it takes 2-5 business days for orders to arrive. We DO NOT offer overnight or express mail shipping at this time. International shipping will be calculated automatically depending on the number of items purchased. After the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number for your order. In general, items on the website are in stock and can be shipped promptly. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified and refunded for the missing item. - Returns
- Due to the nature of our business and in order to constantly bring our customers new styles at low prices, all sales are final! We are the final clearance house for many brands and manufacturers, therefore we do not except any returns or exchanges. We only sell brand new first quality items, we do not carry defected, damaged, or returned merchandise. Try us our and you won't regret!
- Ordering
- You can order through our easy to use website 1015store.com, we currently do not have retail locations open to public. We are working on our site everyday to make your shopping easier! Only in stock items can be checked out, we do not take back orders at this time. Everything is very limited quantity, so get it while you can!
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept all major credit cards as well as paypal payment. All payments are processed by our payment processing partner Paypal in order to ensure seurity of your information. We do no store any critical financial information in our database for your security.
- Viewing Orders
- You can view previous orders you've made and check on the status of your orders by logging into your account on top right corner of our website.
- Updating Account Information
- To update account information, please log in to your account using the email and password that were created when signing up for your account. Please update shipping address and billing address if needed before placing an order. Once an order is placed, the shipping address and billing addres for the order will be no longer editiable.If a mistake was made on the shipping dress when placing the order, please contact us through email at support@1015store.com
