Our clothing runs relatively true to size. We design clothing for women and juniors, therefore, they run smaller compared to women's and misses.

What's your return policy?
If you don't love your purchases, we are happy to accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our retail site for a refund within 20 days of orders received. Please note that final sale items cannot be returned. If a final sale item is returned, we cannot issue a refund nor store credit and customer will forfeit the purchase. We will not be responsible for return shipping fees unless in rare case of damaged/wrong items received. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is out of stock or canceled prior to shipping.
Enclose the original packing slip from your package, find the item(s) that you are returning and write down the quantity you are returning on the "return" field next to each item. You can also briefly state the reason for your return next to the item. and ship the item back to the address on the package or your packing slip. If you have lost your packing slip, you can also print out one of emails we sent you with the list of items you ordered. Please allow us 1-2 weeks to process your return once we receive them.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. To exchange items, please follow the return procedure and re-order desired items on our website.
How long does shipping take?
For U.S. shipping addresses, it takes approximately 5-7 business days or less! If you choose the express shipping option, it takes 2-3 business days to receive your order, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.
For international addresses outside of the U.S., it takes 2-3 weeks to receive your order, however, please allow up to 1 month, as we cannot control any unexpected delay due to the custom of your country.
How much does shipping cost?
For U.S. destinations, we charge a flat rate of $6.99 regardless of the number of pieces you order. If your order total is over $100, shipping is absolutely free!
For international destinations, your shipping fee will be charged at checkout. As you may already know, the first piece costs the most for international packages. The first piece will cost $25, and any additional pieces will cost $4 to ship if you order under 20 pieces, or $2.5 per piece if you order over 20 pieces. The more you order, the less it costs per item.
When can I see my refund?
If one or more items on your order are out of stock, please allow around 5 business days to see the refund on your bank/credit card statement.
For returns, please allow 2-3 weeks to see refunds on your bank/credit card statement.
Where are your products made?
Most of our products are made in Los Angeles, California. However, some of our items are imported from various countries. Please refer to the product description of each individual product for this information.

How secure is my payment?
It is extremely important to us that your payment information is secure. We use Stripe to process your payments, and we do not store any of your payment information on our server. Stripe is a PCI compliant payment processor and all information transmitted are encrypted and secure. We only process payments by a secure token with Stripe.
